WBS Client Director & Executive Coach, and Fellow of The Learning and Performance Institute. With over 20 years experience in leadership development Mark has developed a framework supporting Women in Strategy.

Cancellation Policy - For tickets cancelled no later than 7 days in advance of the event we are able to provide a full refund of the ticket fee. For any tickets cancelled later than 7 days in advance of the event, a refund can only be given should the ticket be re-sold to the waiting list.

Photographs - We regularly publish photographs [and videos] from events and other activities on our website, in our newsletters, in print, and on social media. Participants at our events automatically give us permission to use photographs taken at our events. If you do not wh to be photographed, or you wish to have a published image removed please let us know and we will remove the image as far as possible.

Non members - We warmly welcome all our patrons, including non-members, to experience the vibrant events hosted at our venue. To ensure that our members have ample opportunities to enjoy our offerings, we kindly request that non-members limit their ticket purchases to two events per year. This allows us to maintain a fair balance between our loyal members and those who are new to our community. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation, and we hope that your visits to our events continue to be enjoyable and memorable. Thank you for being a part of our extended family.
